This collegial OBGYN group has an unprecedented history of retention & is based at a Forbes \"Top 100\" Hospital •
Recruitment is due to upcoming retirement •
True four-day week (32 patient contact hours) •
Surgically strong group, averaging 75+ GYN surgeries/year per physician. Mentorship available if desired •
Robust support staff includes highly experienced nurses, OB educator, midwives (who function as 'extenders' for the OBGYN physicians) •
Thoughtful infrastructure is in place to decrease administrative burden: dedicated teams to handle all Rx refills, triage, and pap results, plus after-hours answering service •
State-of-the-art ORs: multi-million expansion just completed + brand-new DaVinci robot •
Highly competitive compensation: current OBGYNs are averaging $460K+ •
31 days of Time Off Year 1, 36+ days of Time Off Year 2 & beyond •
