Call Schedule (1:3 Ratio) Weekday Call:Tuesday-Thursday, two weeks per month (6 days total)Weekend Call:Friday-Monday, one weekend per month (4 days total)Total: 10 call days per month Physicians also rotate 1-2 days per month at Sutter Medical Center Sacramento to maintain clinical skills and tertiary-care exposure.
