Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit integrated health care delivery system, is seeking a new grad or experienced OB/GYN physician to join us in the friendly, exciting community of Albany, OR.

Our OB/GYN providers offer complete women’s health care for all stages of life – adolescence, adulthood, pregnancy, motherhood, menopause and beyond. This role is perfect for an Obstetrics & Gynecology physician looking to work alongside a friendly, collaborative team and truly make an impact on the community they serve.

Physicians and their families will appreciate the abundant outdoor beauty found around the friendly community of Albany, as well as proximity to the pristine Oregon Coast, Cascade Mountains for snow sports, vibrant Willamette Valley wine country, and Portland, Oregon’s largest city – all within two hours! What’s in it for you

• 3.5 days in clinic, 1 OR day weekly
• PSLF-eligible hospital-employed position
• Hospital averages around 354 births annually
• Around 18 – 22 patients/day
• OB Laborist role also available (3-day a week schedule, call coverage only!)

Job Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN
• Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Samaritan Albany General Hospital is a 79-bed acute care facility located in historic downtown Albany, OR. Rich in history, the current hospital is built in the same location as first Albany hospital and is a level III trauma center providing medical services to the greater Albany area.
