Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican is seeking a BE/BC Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OBGYN) to move beyond the traditional clinical experience and help establish a practice rooted in advocacy, clinical excellence, and deep community partnership to join us in Santa Cruz, CA. Compensation and Benefits Include:

  • Guaranteed Salary: $395,000 for a 1.0 FTE + productivity incentives

    • Modern, well-equipped birthing center that delivers approximately 1,200-1,500 babies annually
    • Access to Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
    • 24/7 anesthesia coverage with a team of experienced anesthesiologists

  • MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
