Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hour days Hospital Call: Two 24-hour shifts per month with a post call day off - huge work life balance advantage! Office Call: 1 in 4 (telephone call only) Access to robotics, advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and full gynecologic surgical support Level III NICU at St. Joseph's Hospital Level III Ultrasound services, strong MFM Physician support and midwifery support (inpatient, full scope midwifery, and laborist coverage) Supportive leadership that prioritizes sustainability and provider well being Deliveries and Surgeries in Syracuse, but practice locally in Auburn, ideal for providers who want to live and work in the community they serve Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Interest in practicing a full mix of obstetrics and gynecology New and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply Additional Shift Compensation ~$50,000 starting bonus ~$25,000 retention bonus at beginning of year 2 ~$25,000 retention bonus at beginning of year 3 ~ The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality incentives, extra shifts, or other cash compensation.
