Encompass Health - 14 Hospital Drive - Responsibilities: Assist nurses with patients and treatments as needed, including helping patients with daily personal activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.; Prepare and transport patients and communicate patient concerns to nurses.; Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.; Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.; Support RNs in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey.
