Job Details

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (PA-C):

* Primary Care Adult Medicine
* Clinic Setting
* Acute & Chronic Care Management

Qualifications:
* Must be a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant with active license in the state of LA
* Prefer 2 or more years clinical experience preferred
* Strong experience managing chronic diseases
* BLS Certified
