About the Role
HCA Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to support patient care operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will coordinate clinical workflows, supervise nursing staff, and ensure safe, high‑quality, patient‑centered care. Responsibilities include overseeing daily unit activities, assisting with staffing and scheduling, supporting evidence‑based practice, and mentoring nurses. You’ll collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, monitor quality metrics, and help implement process improvements while modeling HCA’s culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous learning.
