Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work a 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near South Dallas, TX. TX license preferred. ~ Shift: Days - flexible on shift but need ideally want 40 hr/wk. Will consider 36. Tue-Fri are day preferences. ~ Medical Direction Model. ~ Types of cases: GI/IR primary with some work in OR (routine cases like colorectal/gyn onc) as needed. ~ EMR: Epic. ~ No new grads. ~ BLS and Board certified. ~ Credentialing timeframe: 120 days. ~$1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours. ~$Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
