•Step into a busy, high-volume practicephysicians are currently booked 3 to 6 months out

Compensation:
•Guaranteed base salary that never goes away, plus WRVU bonuscurrent physicians are earning above the 75th percentile
•50 days of PTO upon partnership, with ample time off during the first two years
•2-year track to partnership
