About the Role
HotelMC - 550 Rio Vista Drive - Responsibilities: Property inspections: Conduct regular physical inspections of the property throughout the night, ensuring safety and security; Guest services: Assist with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours, providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest needs or concerns; Laundry duties: Complete all laundry responsibilities, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels; Cleaning & maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks as needed, such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas; Emergency procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met
Responsibilities
- Perform property inspections to ensure safety and security
- Assist guests with after-hours check-in/out and addressing guest needs
- Maintain laundry duties for linens and towels
Qualifications
- Experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
