As a Registered Nurse in the NICU, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality nursing care to neonates. Your role will involve direct patient care, educating families, and ensuring smooth transitions of care. You will work within a professional practice model, demonstrating leadership through mentoring, quality improvement initiatives, and effective communication.
Coordinate and deliver nursing care for neonates in the NICU
Educate and support families during their NICU journey
Plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of nursing care
Participate in quality improvement efforts and mentor junior staff
Delegate patient care based on skill level and patient needs
Maintain BLS and BCLS certifications
Need 2 years experience in setting
One year of recent travel RN experience
NICU RN experience is required
