About the Role
Sprouts Farmers Market - - Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in ensuring cleanliness, safety and a well-stocked inventory; Assist with forecasts, schedules, and labor to be consistent with store sales and productivity guidelines and wage budgets; Direct, oversee, and evaluate training of all perishable department Team Members to reduce turnover and control labor costs; Coordinate communication with other departments and Store Manager to execute merchandising plans to meet financial objectives; Ensure compliance with dates on merchandise and safety/health regulations; maintain safe and clean work environment
