Hybrid - Flexible to needs of business. Some weeks we may need to do site visits etc and they will need to be in everyday. At other weeks it will be less. In general, 3 Days/week but the schedule will likely vary. Job #: Location: Temple Terrace, FL Targeted Years of Experience: 4-7 years Job Description: NFOD PMO is looking for Network Project Managers to join the implementation of our comprehensive Facility Decommission process. This critical role will orchestrate strategic consolidation, relocation, or decommissioning of non-directional buildings and associated leases to achieve significant reductions. Individuals will be involved in process creation and ongoing advancement and improvement with the goal of improving SLAs for facility exits from a Project and Program Management perspective. Responsibilities Process Development & Architecture: Design a scalable end-to-end MSP process, including advanced analytics for network utilization, financial modeling for leases (especially third-party circuits), and seamless execution workflows across teams. Strategic Road‑mapping: Partner with senior leadership (Network Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Operations, Product) to define directional and non‑directional locations and assets to implement strategic plans for network lease expense reduction via MSPs. Data & Advanced Analytics: Leverage advanced analytics to identify optimization opportunities from detailed optical and TDM circuit utilization, detailed revenue streams, third‑party lease evaluations, energy consumption, etc. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders to ensure successful MSP adoption. Must Have Skills A deep understanding of Verizon networks on a device, circuit, and transport level. Working knowledge of Network and Customer circuit hierarchy and design. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, translating complex data into actionable insights. Superior written and verbal communication, able to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders and leadership. Ability to develop long‑term plans aligning network/real‑estate objectives with business goals. Desired Skills Experience with source systems including, but not limited to BGW, TCOMS, Verify, Singlerow, etc. Previous experience working on decompositions and decom modeling. Data mining and modeling experience through NAR. Advanced degree in Program/Project Management, Leadership or Telecommunications. Legacy transport migration planning experience. Education & Certifications Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through a combination of work and/or military experience or specialized training.
