Manage patients receiving dialysis treatment and provide comprehensive care plans for those undergoing kidney transplant evaluation and post-transplant management. Collaborate with primary care providers, cardiologists, endocrinologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care. Educate patients on kidney disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment options to promote long-term kidney health and overall well-being. What you’ll need as a Nephrologist. Graduate from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologist.
