Sheetz - - Responsibilities: Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met; Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop the skills needed to deliver exceptional service, and provide the General Manager with performance feedback; Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards; Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach; Travel locally to support nearby stores as required
