Mri Technologist - Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures, prepare and position patients, and operate Philips MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and collaboration with clinical teams in a Level 1 trauma hospital environment. This opening is for a hospital in Scarborough, ME.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in MR.
• AMRT/AMRIT or equivalent MRI-specific certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Philips MR systems (1.5T and 3T Ingenia/Ambition). This is required.
• Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center or equivalent high-acuity hospital environment. Preferred but highly desired.
• Experience performing neuro (spine, brain, brain perfusion), body (abdomen, MRCP, kidney, pelvis), and MSK imaging. Breast, cardiac, and prostate imaging not required.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to follow protocols, work as a team member, and communicate effectively with clinical staff and patients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with anesthesia and ICU patient imaging workflows.
• Prior work with Epic EMR.
• Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and protocol adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00–19:30.
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
• Float requirements: May rotate between sites if not assigned to an overnight schedule.
