About the Role
Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a compassionate Mother Baby Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This RN will provide comprehensive postpartum and newborn care, including assessments, medication administration, family education, and discharge planning in a fast-paced Mother-Baby unit. The nurse will collaborate with physicians, lactation consultants, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care. Responsibilities
- Provide postpartum and newborn care in Mother-Baby unit
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Discharge planning and family education
Qualifications
- RN licensure in nursing
- Experience in maternity/newborn care
- BLS/ACLS certification preferred
