T-Mobile - - Responsibilities: Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs; Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions; Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support; Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories; Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
