Hiring: D365 CRM Technical Lead / Architect We’re looking for an experienced D365 CRM Technical Lead/Architect to join a high-impact engagement and drive enterprise-level CRM solutions. If you have strong architecture expertise and leadership experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, this role is for you! Location: Any Infosys DC locations ( U.S. or Canada – Hybrid ) Duration: 6 months ( Possible Extension ) Job Summary Join a dynamic team to design and deliver scalable D365 CRM and Power Platform solutions . This role demands both hands-on technical expertise and the ability to lead development teams , ensuring high-quality solution delivery aligned with business needs. Only U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders are eligible for this role Must-Have Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 10–12 years of experience in D365 CRM & Power Platform as a Solution/Technical Architect Strong expertise in: Integration APIs, Web API, WCF Experience with: Model-driven apps, Canvas apps Power Automate & Power Apps Portal Deep knowledge of CRM Sales (CPQ) Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers Drive solution design, development, and deployment Perform code reviews and ensure best practices Collaborate with stakeholders for technical and functional alignment Manage end-to-end solution delivery lifecycle Interested?
