Location: Anywhere in Country Overview You will work on a team developing, testing, deploying, and supporting data‑driven internet, intranet, and extranet applications using the Dynamics/Power Platform. The role involves evaluating, designing, customizing, and optimizing Digital and Cloud‑based solutions to help clients achieve their digital vision and strategy. Key Responsibilities You will focus on the evaluation, design, customization, and optimization of Digital and Cloud based solutions. You will work with various EY digital teams to deliver engagements and solutions that bring our client’s digital vision to life. Function as part of a team during technical implementations for Dynamics/Power Platform to finalize architecture specification, create designs as they relate to customizations and integration of platform. Lead system design discussions and recommend alternate choices, trade‑offs, and impact analysis. Participate in white‑boarding sessions. Assist with providing estimates on assigned tasks. Learn new client information quickly, and translate data modeling, process modeling, and revision control systems. Able to lead a small team of developers through technical architecture. Provide mentoring and leadership to less experienced developers. Independently write quality code that is simple, reliable, and scalable. Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are being adhered to by development team on engagements. Lead solution deployments to downstream environments. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (MBA a plus). Minimum of five years of experience; at least 4 years of general development experience and at least 2 years of .NET technical architecture experience on enterprise projects. Firm understanding of C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML. Experience integrating with external systems. Self‑starter and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Up to 50% out‑of‑town travel required. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solution design/configuration/customization experience and Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement. JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular. Experience with ADO Build Pipelines or similar. Microsoft Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
