About the Role
Five Below - 345 North Maple Road - Responsibilities: Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to quickly place on the sales floor; Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage, and promotions according to corporate guidelines; Manages opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly; Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service; Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance
