About the Role
Five Below - 19386 Bear Valley Road - Responsibilities: Ensure crew members WOW the Customer through personal contact with customers and train on the BEST customer service experience.; Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.; Lead front end operations and merchandising to brand standards; ensure front-end equipment is functional and staff trained.; Handle opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers.; Perform store manager duties in the manager's absence.
