Floor & Decor - - Responsibilities: Oversee warehouse operations in the order picking and put-away areas; Coordinate with a team of 4 to 6 team members; Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage; Lead and attend meetings to discuss quality of work and improvement opportunities; Coach, train and mentor Distribution Center team members in productivity, quality and safety
