About the Role
TJX - 9041 Southside Boulevard - Responsibilities: Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise; Provide excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store; Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles; Orchestrate truck deliveries and flow of goods to sales floor; Monitor productivity and coach team; ensure adherence to labor laws and store policies
