About the Role
AAA - - Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing; Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members; Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists; Be available during branch hours of operation: Monday through Friday 9am 5pm and Saturday 10am 2pm; Interface with AAA members by providing insurance and membership services support
