Key Responsibilities Develop and manage KPIs, dashboards, and automated reports for the Member Financial Services department Conduct data analysis to provide strategic insights and recommendations for operational improvements and member experience enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify data sources and support data-driven decision-making Required Qualifications 5+ years of related data analytics experience 4+ years of experience in business intelligence and financial services analytics Experience with large, complex datasets and data modeling Deep understanding of KPI design and performance measurement Ability to present findings clearly to various audiences
