About the Role

Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders by answering their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have; Process policy changes, cancellations, and payments accurately and efficiently; Educate policyholders on the benefits and coverage of their insurance plans; Review and update policyholder information to ensure accuracy and completeness; Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience; Promote and cross-sell additional insurance products to policyholders when appropriateHiring Immediately >>
