Medical Surgical Rn Part Time

About the Role

HCA Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Surgical RN (Part Time) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our Medical-Surgical department. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to a diverse adult patient population with acute and chronic medical conditions, post-surgical needs, and complex comorbidities. Working collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and support staff, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition. You will utilize clinical judgment to prioritize care in a fast-paced environment, maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record, and actively participate in patient and family education to support safe discharge and recovery. Qualifications

  • BSN or higher
  • RN licensure in applicable state
  • Minimum 1 year med-surg experience
