Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. Experience with outpatient clinic workflows and documentation preferred. Client will accept PTAs, new graduates, and first-time travelers.
