Medical (physiotherapist)

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active-whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Washington State PT license required to start. Experience providing care in home health settings preferred. Experience supervising PTAs and coordinating with home health aides preferred. Familiarity with OASIS assessments, ICD-10 coding, and documentation for home health required. Flexible schedule. Work with home care personnel in patient care planning. Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides, as assigned. Consult with physicians regarding changes in treatment. Participate in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement activities as assigned. Complete and submit OASIS assessments, reassessments, transfers, resumptions of care, discharges, and documentation for significant changes in condition.
