About the Role
We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active-whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Washington State PT license required to start.
Experience providing care in home health settings preferred.
Experience supervising PTAs and coordinating with home health aides preferred.
Familiarity with OASIS assessments, ICD-10 coding, and documentation for home health required.

~ Provide treatments according to physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services.
Work with home care personnel in patient care planning.
Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides, as assigned.
Consult with physicians regarding changes in treatment.
Participate in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement activities as assigned.
Complete and submit OASIS assessments, reassessments, transfers, resumptions of care, discharges, and documentation for significant changes in condition.
Proximity to parks and outdoor recreation, including Burke-Gilman Trail, Discovery Park, and nearby hiking in the Cascades.
Ample public transportation options and regional connections for weekend travel.
