About the Role
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will assess patients’ functional status, develop and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and guide patients through therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility retraining. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll support goal-directed, patient-centric rehabilitation and clear discharge planning.
