About the Role
LHC Group - 95 West Street - Responsibilities: The Office Assistant assists leadership with routine clerical/office and computer related tasks to include but not limited to filing, scheduling, and data entry; Assists with routine clerical/office tasks, answers telephone calls, and delivers messages; Pulls, reviews, and follows up on reports of orders recert and unverified visits; Maintains an up-to-date medical record by scanning documents timely and completing EOE audits as appropriate; Completes discharge chart reviews, performs audits, processes orders to/from physicians, and tracks for timely receipt
