Medical Office Assistant
About the Role
Eppley Plastic Surgery is an internationally recognized specialty practice known for advanced surgical expertise, exceptional patient care, and a refined, discreet clinical environment. We serve a diverse patient population and are committed to professionalism, precision, and a high-touch experience from first contact through every stage of care.
Eppley Plastic Surgery is seeking a full-time Patient Concierge (Medical Office Assistant) to join our front office team.
This is not a typical front desk role. We are looking for someone with a highly polished presence, exceptional people instincts, and the operational discipline to keep a fast-moving, high-touch practice running smoothly. The right person is warm, articulate, emotionally intelligent, organized under pressure, and naturally comfortable in a refined medical environment where discretion, detail, and professionalism matter.
Our brand sits at the intersection of medical expertise, aesthetic sophistication, and premium patient experience. We serve a broad range of patients and expect every member of our team to communicate with respect, confidence, and ease across many backgrounds, identities, and expectations.
What this role requires
- Welcoming and guiding patients through a luxury-caliber clinical experience
- Managing front desk flow with composure, urgency, and professionalism
- CT Coordinator: you will facilitate, process and monitor patient CT Scans
- Scheduling, confirmations, follow-up communication, and general office coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication with excellent grammar and tone
- Confidence with computers, scheduling systems, email, forms, and day-to-day office technology
- Comfort with social media, digital communication, and a modern aesthetic brand environment
- The ability to read a room, adapt quickly, and make patients feel both cared for and confident
- Mature judgment, discretion, and a strong work ethic
Who tends to do well here
This role is ideal for someone who is:

- organized, dependable, and detail-driven
- fast with technology and comfortable learning new systems
- able to connect with many different types of people
- motivated by excellence, not just employment
- looking for a long-term professional home in a distinctive, high-standard practice
What is not a fit
This is not the right role for someone looking for a casual receptionist position, or someone without very strong, current computer/digital technology skills. We are interested in an individual who understands that exceptional patient experience is created through discipline, judgment, consistency, and genuine interpersonal skill.
