Position Overview: We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Assistant to support the daily clinical operations of our growing practice. This role involves assisting multiple providers, managing patient flow, maintaining inventory, and ensuring every patient has a seamless, comfortable experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Assist providers with patient procedures, documentation, and follow-up care Proactively manage patient flow to minimize waiting times and enhance the patient experience Assess patient needs and help determine appropriate next steps or care on behalf of the provider Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness between patients Prepare and restock clinical products and supplies weekly Support inventory management and ordering as needed Collaborate closely with team members to maintain an efficient and supportive clinical environment What We're Looking For: A proactive team player who takes initiative and adapts easily to changing priorities Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness is a major plus Phlebotomy certification or willingness to learn how to draw blood and start IVs Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required Schedule: Monday: 12 PM 7 PM Tuesday: 8 AM 4 PM Wednesday: 11 AM 7 PM Thursday: 8 AM 4 PM Friday: 8 AM 4 PM Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base pay with commission and bonus opportunities Commission paid bi-weekly and bonuses paid quarterly Employee discounts on products and services Supportive, team-focused work environment Opportunities for growth and continuing education in the aesthetic and wellness field If you're passionate about helping patients feel their best and want to be part of a respected, long-standing leader in the aesthetic and anti-aging industry, we'd love to meet you! Qualifications PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: To ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, we have established the following physical requirements. This position requires knowledge of various aspects of patient care. Must possess good organizational skills to balance clerical and clinical duties. This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending. Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations. Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other clinic technologies. Employees will be asked to travel and must be able to carry and maneuver their luggage and navigate through various transportation modes (car, airplane, bus, train).
