About the Role
Jabil - - Responsibilities: Coordinates and directs the day-to-day activities of the work area.; Trains team members on workstations within the work area and coordinates training (team skill training, reporting, and OJT).; Ensures production schedule is being followed, monitors production and escalates production issues as necessary.; Recruits, trains, and monitors the performance of Manufacturing Technicians.; Ensures that employees follow safety and ESD practices.
