About the Role
Franciscan Ministries seeks an MDS Registered Nurse to coordinate and complete accurate, timely MDS assessments and care plans for our residents. In this role, you will oversee the RAI process, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize clinical outcomes and reimbursement. You will review documentation, educate staff on MDS requirements, and communicate closely with residents and families.
