Mds Registered Nurse

Franciscan Ministries seeks an MDS Registered Nurse to coordinate and complete resident assessments in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The MDS RN will oversee the RAI/MDS process, ensure accurate and timely submissions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop person-centered care plans. Responsibilities include data collection, care plan meetings, reimbursement optimization, quality improvement monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
