About the Role
Franciscan Ministries is seeking an MDS Registered Nurse to coordinate and oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The MDS RN will complete and audit MDS assessments, develop and update care plans, ensure accurate clinical documentation, and support interdisciplinary teams in delivering person-centered care. This role collaborates closely with nursing, therapy, and social services to optimize outcomes, compliance, and reimbursement.
