About the Role
Franciscan Ministries is seeking an MDS Registered Nurse to coordinate and manage the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The MDS RN will complete and audit MDS assessments, care area assessments, and care plans to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reimbursement. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, educates staff on documentation standards, and monitors quality measures to support optimal resident outcomes. Responsibilities
- Coordinate MDS assessments with interdisciplinary teams
