About the Role
Join a large academic center in a West Texas College Hub in a Maternal-Fetal Medicine role. This position is 80-90% clinical and 10-20% academic and allows you to work with students and residents, while also having a strong practice opportunity.
This institution has strong OB and MFM support and is recognized as a Lvl-IV Maternal Center, has a Lvl-IV, 40-bed NICU, its own OB/GYN residency program, and has strong access to nearly every sub-specialty.
The Position: • Work alongside 2 other MFMs, 10+ OB/GYNs, and 4 Neonatologists • Hospital averages 3,300 deliveries per year, has their own OB/GYN Residency Program, and has a Lvl-IV, 40-bed NICU • Schedule includes a 4.5-day work week with 1/2 days of high-risk clinic and 1/2 days of ultrasound clinic • No required OB call, MFM-consult call only • Compensation includes a Base Salary of $625K, Strong State Benefits Package, up to $100K in Sign-on, and 30+ days of PTO
