About the Role
Novolex - - Responsibilities: Direct the work assignments of a team of lift truck operators and carrier drivers; Lead shift materials team to ensure product flow throughout the plant and local distribution centers; Drive a culture of safe work practices; Communicate daily priorities (daily meetings, one-on-one engagements, Tier Meetings); Perform daily audits (Safety, warehouse, forklifts, line inventories)
