This position acts like a supporting bridge between data, research, and strategy - transforming complex datasets into impactful insights that support marketing initiatives, business development efforts, and planning cross-functionally. Ideally, the perfect candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, curiosity around various markets and trends, and the ability to communicate high-impact solutions in a clear and compelling narrative. While GIS and geospatial analysis tools are part of the overall toolkit, this role will be primarily focused on complex synthesizing data, uncovering trends, and delivering insights that drive performance. What You’ll Do: Analyze demographic, consumer, market, and economic data to uncover meaningful, actionable insights Develop polished, client-ready presentations (primarily PowerPoint) Synthesize multiple data sources into cohesive market stories that explain audience behavior and opportunity Build audience segments, market profiles, and positioning insights to support business strategy Use mapping and location-based tools to add spatial context to research and strengthen storytelling outputs Incorporate third-party consumer and audience datasets to deepen understanding of behavior, mobility, and market dynamics Connect disparate data points into a unified narrative that supports decision-making and strategic planning Partner closely with internal departments and leadership teams to support growth initiatives Act as a bridge between data and stakeholders—ensuring insights are accessible, relevant, and actionable Contribute proactively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where priorities evolve quickly Monitor and interpret performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and customer behavior trends Deliver ongoing insights and reporting that identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and audience targeting Support end-to-end market storytelling across multiple DMAs and audiences Help shape data-driven narratives used in corporate marketing and sales materials, marketing strategies, and strategic planning Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Urban Planning or related field of study 4+ years of proven experience years of experience in market research, consumer insights, strategy, or business intelligence Experience working with l ocation-based or market analysis tools (e.g., GIS, mapping platforms, or equivalent exposure.)
