About the Role
Staffmark - - Responsibilities: Directly lead and coordinate a team of production employees (skilled & semi-skilled); Assign work, set daily priorities, and manage labor to meet production targets; Serve as the first point of escalation for safety, quality, and workflow issues; Enforce standard work, safety rules, 5S, TPM, and lean manufacturing practices; Monitor output, downtime, and quality metrics; take corrective action as needed
