About the Role
Chromalloy - 30 Dart Rd - Responsibilities: Direct all site operations, including production, maintenance, and support functions, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards; Execution of SIOP Commitments: Translate the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) consensus plan into actionable operational strategies; Performance Management: Establish and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and cost; Capacity and Resource Planning/Execution: Partner with planning and SIOP teams on labor, equipment, and tooling capacity planning; ERP and Systems Utilization: Ensure effective use of ERP systems for production scheduling, material flow, and shop floor execution

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or equivalent in engineering or operations management
- 5+ years in manufacturing operations
