About the Role
Twin Peaks - - Responsibilities: Direct the work of other store employees to create and maintain a profitable store environment with best-in-class service; Drive sales by executing operations, local store marketing, and recruiting efforts; Hold kitchen staff accountable to standards, safety, and sanitation guidelines; Proactively recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls that meet or exceed audition guidelines; Maintain organized and updated training schedules and materials for new employees
