Manager Network Planning - Remote

In this role, you will lead a Strategic Planning team responsible for optimizing fiber capacity across both Long Haul and Metro networks. Oversee fiber capacity planning to align network growth with customer demand and quality targets. Manage capital and expense planning for network upgrades and lifecycle changes. Monitor capacity trends and operational constraints; provide actionable recommendations. Improve planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and investment decisions. Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate insights into strategy. Requirements Typically 6+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years with a Master's degree. 2-3 years of experience with cost savings initiatives and capital budgeting. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals. Experience in driving decision-making through data analytics.
