About the Role

divh2Manager, MDM/h2pThe Manager, MDM is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and enforcement of master data management policies, procedures, and standards to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the organization./ph3Position Responsibilities:/h3ulliDevelop, control and monitor the master data requirements and processes./liliMaintain data governance standards ensuring that master data is accurate, consistent, and reliable./liliReview source data processes and transformations to ensure full understanding of the data to be mapped./li/ulh3Stakeholder Collaboration/h3ulliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate the business processes and requirements./liliMonitor changes to IT architecture and processes to understand impacts on data use and quality./li/ulh3Change Management/h3ulliApprove and process requests for master data to be created or changed./liliAudit completed mappings to ensure end to end process success and resulting data is as expected./li/ulh3Team Management/h3ulliOversee team of mapping specialists to ensure appropriate allocation of resources to align with defined priorities and timelines./liliDevelop processes and documentation requirements to support the training of the team as well as verification of mapping decisions./liliTrack, monitor and audit team results to ensure consistent quality and identify knowledge gaps./li/ulh3Communication/h3ulliManage and communicate updates for ongoing MDM collaboration meetings with other departments./liliEnsure alignment with organizational priorities and be able to communicate progress to delivery goals, challenges and opportunities./liliProactively communicating with stakeholders, providing regular updates on team efforts, results and challenges./li/ulh3Position Requirements:/h3ulli5+ years experience in Master Data Management, data governance, data quality, and/or data architecture./lili2+ years experience in the Insurance Industry/liliProject Management: Experience managing full lifecycle MDM projects, including requirements gathering, implementation, and testing./liliTechnical Skills: Demonstratable experience with MDM management platforms, database technologies, data integration tools, and programming languages such as SQL./liliPeople Management: At least 2 years of experience building and developing teams. Must have experience managing onshore and offshore contract resources./liliCommunication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills./liliLeadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate projects, resources, vendors, and internal resources./liliTraining and Coaching: Ability to train and coach team members./liliTechnical Aptitude: Strong technical, project management, and analytical skills./li/ulh3About Integrity/h3pIntegrity is one of the nations leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
