About the Role
Universal Health Services - - Responsibilities: Performs routine maintenance of equipment and upkeep of the physical plant, including painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC equipment and mechanical work; Completes work orders as assigned; Forwards any work orders that cannot be completed to supervisor to determine appropriate course of action; Makes needed repairs in the facility; Assists in the overall upkeep of the facility

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical knowledge in building trades preferred
