About the Role
Acts Retirement-Life Communities - - Responsibilities: Repair and maintain physical structures of commercial and/or residential buildings; Complete assigned work orders using knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC; Support the preventative maintenance schedule; Be available for on-call rotations and respond to urgent needs within one hour; Maintain safety and quality standards in maintenance tasks
